These guest room rates will be offered by Hotel 3 days prior and 3 days after the meeting dates as indicated on the first page of this Contract, subject to availability of guest rooms at the time of reservation. The “cut-off date” for accepting reservations into this guest room block is August 15, 2009.  Reservations requests received after 5:00 p.m. local time at the Hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. All Individual guest room reservations may be made by calling our toll-free reservations center at 866-837-4196 and asking for B-Girl Be 2009 - Intermedia Arts group rate.  Guaranteed reservations must be cancelled by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival to avoid a no-show charge.
