This "all access" pass allows you entrance into
all B-Girl Be sponsored events June 2-5, 2005 (*BONUS - Summit Pass includes 21+ Afterparty at First Ave).
In addition you will receive one food ticket to the B-Girl BBQ on Sunday,
June 5 at noon, discounts on B-Girl Be merchandise and eligibility for
giveaways.
Because of high demand and limited space for panels, films
and performances, pass holders must make a reservation for all events
they plan to attend and show up at least 15 minutes prior to the start
of the event.

For the first time ever in the Midwest, the Intermedia
Arts building will be painted by an all-female crew. ZORI4
(Puerto Rico) will lead this collaboration of five female graffiti artists
from across the United States. Guest artists ASIA

FLY (New York City) will paint with local women throughout the
three days of the summit.

This panel will engage questions of hip hop in the academy. The panelists are women who teach using hip-hop, teach about hip-hop, have taken hip hop coursework at the college level, and women who have a stake in how hip-hop is being taught, researched and written into the academy.

They will share their experiences as women working in these outlets, and engage current topics like representations of hip-hop in the media, representations of women in hip-hop in the media, and hopefully inspire and offer tools to other women looking to pursue careers in media.
