From baggy threads and baseball caps, to heels with a blinged out bikini, the many faces of hip-hop gear have affected the fashion trends of today and tomorrow.

B-Girl Be welcomes you to participate in a 2-week, hands on hip hop workshop for youth ages 12-18. Learn from local Hip Hop Ladies in the art of MCing and poetry, Stencils & Aerosol Arts, Hip Hop Dance and Documentary Photography. There will be a showcase of youth work at the end of the 2-week session. Workshops are led by; Maria Isa (Poetry/ EmCee), Rukus (Stencils), Michele Spaise (Documentary Photography) and Edna Stevens Talton (Dance). Sponsored by Best Buy
