B-Girl Seoul

A B-Girl of hip-hop here in the Minneapolis community for about 6, 7 years. Seoul has been Breakdancing on and off for 10 years and has been doing choreography for 5, 6 years. Striving as much as possible to improve on the art of her movement Seoul can be seen all over Minneapolis catching that perfect beat on the dance floor. She has also been know to get down with The Rhythm Queenz a local B-Girl Breakin’ Crew, The Collective a Minneapolis dance Company, and many others. Some of Seoul’s influences are Ivy Morrison, a local dancer/choreographer, Dancin’ Dave, a local popper/locker, Slim aka Phil, who was one of her first mentors when Seoul got into the breakin scene, Daylight a.k.a. Damian who was a dance partner for 2 to 3 years, MadFresh aka Madeline who has always given Seoul inspiration in her choreography today, and all of the B-Boys and B-Girls (Emajyn, StepChild, MonaLisa, Monarch, etc. Who challenge her every time she step into the cipher with their originality and style. “Never go out to impress the crowd; always go out to Fa-Ness the crowd.” A saying that was said to me and I try to uphold it with every freestyle and performance I do. ONE LUV.
