The ICCD Leadership ProgramEach year a new cohort of 14 ICCD fellows participates in a rigorous five-month process of collective learning held on monthly 2-day retreats. Sessions consist of 50-hours of hands-on learning activities, creative engagement with guest artists from the field, lectures/discussions, critical readings, site visits, case studies, community interactions, writing assignments, and a laboratory project in which fellows collaboratively design an arts-based community development program. |
