How are new immigrants reshaping the state of our art and the art of our state? How are immigrant artists making change through art? Who are the immigrant artists in your neighborhood? From September 28, 2006 to January 6, 2007, Intermedia Arts presents the creative contributions of visual, performing, media and literary artists who now call Minnesota home . Contributions, the fourth and final edition of Immigrant Status, is created for, by and about new immigrant artists, curators and community leaders who will shed light on the many variations of the new immigrant experience. Join us in celebrating the achievements and contributions of new immigrants to the state of Minnesota!
