In 2004, Intermedia Arts and Minnesota Advocates for Human Rights collaborated to form the Moving Lives Speakers Bureau after three years working in partnership to bring together the arts and human rights education in Twin Cities schools and communities. In our first year we reached over 815 students, teachers and community members in ten sites around the Metro area and the state of Minnesota.

Ibé was fabulous. Spectacular. I can't give enough praise for his message and delivery. I know (the teacher) and his students truly enjoyed him also. Our principal came to listen to him, and then left and told some of the other teachers they need to go listen to ibé.
