Tou SaiKo Lee is a Hmong Spoken-Word and Hip Hop artist who was born in a refugee camp in Thailand. He is part of the Hip Hop duo Delicious Venom with his brother Vong and Fresh Traditions with his grandmother, Youa Chang, who performs the traditional art of kwv txiaj (Hmong Poetry Chanting.)

Tou mentors youth through after-school programs and school residencies. Tou is a co-founder of "The H Project" an Art for Social Change effort of a music CD dedicated to raising awareness of the ongoing human right violations of the Hmong people in the jungles of Laos.
