THEATER PERFORMANCE
Dance, Theater, Performance Art, Music
One night performance rentals
$325 for up to five hours in the space
One Week Rental (includes technical rehearsals and up to 4 performances) = $1400
(Intermedia Arts House Technician requirement may be waived to the discretion of the Production Manager)
Multiple Week Rental (up to 4 performances per week)
Week One (includes technical rehearsals and up to 4 performances= $1400
Weeks 2-4 = $1100
(Intermedia Arts House Technician requirement may be waived to the discretion of the Production Manager for multiple week rentals.)
Film Screenings:
$200/night
* Please note that private “movie parties” are not accommodated due to licensing issues
Non-Profit One-Night Fundraiser Rates
$200 for up to five hours in the space
Lectures/Conferences/Workshops/Classes:
$50/hour
Rehearsals:
$10/hour Tuesday-Friday from 12pm-6pm
$20/hour Saturdays-Mondays, and Tuesday-Friday before 12pm and after 6pm
*Please note that if you would like access to video, sound, and/or lighting systems for any event an Intermedia Arts House Technician will be required for an additional $25/hour per technician.
GALLERY EXHIBITION
Art Exhibitions:
$300/week with a $150 returnable damage deposit
(professional installation assistance may be required at $30/hour)
Events or Receptions open to the public:
Non Profit Rate: $80/hour
Corporate Rate: $125/hour
Private Parties:
$100/hour
$125/hour for use of theater in addition to gallery
*Cleaning Services may be available to you depending on the type and date or time of the event for an additional $30/hour.

MEETINGS
Meeting Rental Rates:
In the Media Lab or Conference Room (up to 8 people comfortably): $20/hour
In the Gallery (up to 40 people) or Theater (up to 117 people) $30/hour
PHOTO SHOOTS
Photography Shoots, and Commercial, Television and Film Shoot Rates:
For non-profit and independent artists: $30/hour
