Parking:
Intermedia Arts has two free parking lots available to Intermedia Arts patrons, guests, members and staff. You can access both parking lots from Lyndale Avenue or Aldrich Avenue.
In addition to our lots, there is ample parking in the Lyn-Lake area including metered and non-metered street parking and two public parking lots. The Garfield Avenue Lot is a surface parking lot with the entrance off west-bound Lake Street before Fuji-Ya or off north-bound Lyndale Avenue immediately north of the Jungle Theater. Payment is made in the electronic machines on the west side of the lot. The Aldrich Avenue Lot is underground parking with credit card payment. It is beneath the Uptown Apartments with an entrance off of Aldrich Avenue immediately north of Lake Steet. Both public lots are within one block walking distance from Intermedia Arts.

DIRECTIONS: By bike: Take the Midtown Greenway to the Bryant Avenue exit. Turn left on 29th Street, then left on Aldrich Avenue. Our parking lot will be on your right; racks are located across the lot on Lyndale Avenue. By bus: The 4 runs down Lyndale Avenue and will drop you off at Lyndale and 28th. Or you can take the 21 down Lake Street to Lyndale and Lake, then walk 2 blocks north on Lyndale. By car: From I-94: Take the Lyndale/Hennepin exit, and head south on Lyndale Avenue. Our parking lot will be on your right. From I-35W (southbound): Take I-35W South and merge onto I-94 West. Follow the above directions for I-94. From I-35W (northbound): Take the Lake/31st St exit, then head west on Lake Street. Turn right on Lyndale Avenue; our parking lot will be on your left. |
